Why is the P&G Alumni offering this Coaching Program to their members?

We are a force for growth and committed to empower our members' professional & personal development. Thru this program, our coaches and members can both 'give and gain', supporting each other to reach their full potential.

Who is this Coaching Program for?


This program is for those who are actively seeking to improve themselves and are prepared to invest time, energy, and resources to take powerful actions to achieve their goals. It will be most beneficial to those who are curious, committed, and ready to work on themselves.

Is this P&G Alumni Coaching Program limited to only P&G Alumni?

P&G Alumni will receive a free consult coaching session and enjoy reduced rates when they decide to continue with more sessions.

Non-P&G Alumni may engage these coaches at their standard rates.

How do I participate in the P&G Alumni Coaching Program?

  2. Complete the sign up form

  3. Receive a calendar link to schedule the 1st session with your preferred coach

Can I select any of the coaches in this program?

Yes, members may select their 1st and 2nd choice coaches for the free consult. We will do our best to match you up with your selection.

How long is each coaching session and how do we meet?

Each coaching session is 60 minutes long. This will be held on Zoom video calls.

What can I expect from these coaching sessions?


Your results are commensurate to the effort you put in. Your coach will support and challenge you to introspect, think, and behave differently to achieve your goals. Our clients often experience “aha moments” during the sessions, leading to lasting transformation that deeply impact many areas of their lives.

Is it possible for my company to pay for the coaching program?


Yes. Please work out the details with your selected coach.

How will this Coaching Program benefit the P&G Alumni Network?

Part of the proceeds from the paid coaching sessions will be donated to support the P&G Alumni Foundation.

Do I need to be a member of the P&G Alumni Network to participate in this Coaching Program?

To enjoy the special reduced rates, yes. It takes only a few minutes to register in www.pgalums.com.

Non-P&G Alumni may participate in the program at standard rates.

I am a P&G Alumni and a certified coach. How can I join this team of coaches?

If you are interested in joining our Coach Team and meet the following criteria, we'd love to hear from you.

    • P&G Alumni with at least 15 years of business / corporate leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies.

    • Certified as a professional coach by a recognized accreditation body. (ICF, EMCC, BCC etc.)

    • At least 2 years of professional paid professional experience coaching mid and senior-level leaders.

    • Possess functional expertise (i.e. Marketing, R&D, Supply, HR, etc.)

Note: If currently a certified coach, but not yet accredited by ICF, EMCC, or BCC, one can still apply for consideration if they agree to submit an application to ICF, EMCC, or BCC upon application. Ongoing participation will be contingent on receiving the certification.
